GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GREENFLOAT

These general terms and conditions apply to booking and staying in our GreenFloat.
Article 1: Reservations
GreenFloat only accepts bookings from persons aged 18 and over. You can book via the booking system or by e-mail. GreenFloat will confirm your booking. You are requested to check this confirmation by e-mail upon receipt for accuracy. GreenFloat reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event of proven inaccuracy of the information provided, insofar as this has adverse consequences for GreenFloat as well as in the event of force majeure.
Article 2: Payments
If you book directly, you can make the down payment immediately. If you book by e-mail or telephone, a request for payment will be sent to you. The remaining amount must be paid before the start of the reserved period or on arrival.
Article 3: What is included in the price
Our prices include:

Bed and bath linen
Exclusive: Cleaning costs € 33,- ./ € 44,- per stay (obligatory)
Optional: Extensive breakfast at € 12,50 per person
Article 4: Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Article 5: Arrival and departure times
Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 18:00. We will be happy to agree with you what time you expect to arrive so that we can welcome you properly. You should leave your room on the day of departure between 08.30 and 10.30, unless agreed otherwise.
Article 6: Cancellation
In the unlikely event that you are unable to stay at GreenFloat during the reserved period, you should inform us as soon as possible so that we can offer the vacant accommodation to other guests. In the event of cancellation, you will be charged a fee. This consists of:
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking time.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the arrival date, you pay 30% of the costs.
If you cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, you pay 50% of the costs.
for a cancellation 24 hours or less before the arrival date, you pay 100% of the costs.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
