Terms and Conditions
You can check in between 15:00 - 18:00. In advance, our hostess Desiree would like to know approximately what time to expect you. You can indicate this by calling Desiree on the day of arrival: +316 18663323.
We kindly ask you to leave your cottage between 08:30 and 10:30 at the latest. You can still enjoy all our activities and facilities on the day of departure.
Contact our hostess Desiree, +316-18663323. She will then arrange the key transfer (contactless).
You should take out your own cancellation insurance with your own insurance company.
A 50% deposit must be paid upon booking. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. When booking within 8 weeks before arrival, you must pay the full amount.
Yes this is possible! You can send us an e-mail with the period when you wish to come. We will then inform you whether it is already possible to book for this period. We can then make the reservation for you, if you wish.
Larger groups are also welcome to stay with us. To book several Greenhouses, please contact us or book online per Greenhouse. Greenfloat is not suitable for groups of young people and occasions such as bachelor parties.
Yes, it is possible to buy an accomodation. It's a good investment and this way you have a nice accommodation for customers to stay overnight at the same time. For information on this, please email us: info@proba.info.
It depends on the change and the reason for cancellation. Please contact us at info@greenfloat.nl
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of booking time.
- For cancellation more than 30 days before the start date, 15% of the agreed price.
- If cancelled within 15-30 days before the start date, 30% of the agreed price.
- If cancelled within 3-14 days before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price.
- If cancelled within1-3 days before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price.
- If cancelled on the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price.
Stay
Sorry, ther are no pets allowed.
Bed linen includes a duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillowcase. Towel package consists of towels and kitchen and tea towels.
No, that is unfortunately not possible. Cleaning is done by our own cleaners.
Good news! Both on site and in the holiday homes, you can enjoy free WI-FI. The info map indicates which network you can use per cottage, giving you a faster network in the accommodation. There is no maximum number of devices on this network.
You are only allowed to drive your car to your accommodation on arrival and departure days for loading and unloading. Parking is allowed in the central car park.
There are two catering establishments at the Proeftuin van Holland. Buck.bar.kitchen and Tea Shop Proef de Tuin. For more information and current opening hours, see the on-site facilities page.
Barbecuing is only allowed after permission from the manager. Barbecuing is not allowed on the decking terrace.
Fishing is allowed in the waters of the Proeftuin van Holland.
